Join NBDPN

The National Birth Defects Prevention Network (NBDPN) is a group of individuals involved in birth defects surveillance, research, and prevention.  As a 501(c), the NBDPN fulfills its mission by pursuing the following goals:  Improve access and application of information about the prevalence and trends of birth defects;  Increase collaboration between members within the birth defects community; and Advance science through birth defects surveillance and its application to public health efforts and resource allocation

As a member of the National Birth Defects Prevention Network, you will join an international group of individuals dedicated to birth defects surveillance, research, and prevention. 

Membership benefits include:

  • free copy of the NBDPN Annual Report with advance information on its "Call for manuscripts",
  • advance information on the NBDPN Annual Meeting and its "Call for Posters",
  • access to national and international expertise in birth defects,
  • access to publications and products not available to the non-member
  • opportunities to participate in

·         creation of national program standards,

·         annual meeting planning

·         birth defects education and prevention materials development

In the "Members Only" section of the NBDPN web site, not only can you update your membership information and search for other members but also have access to a multitude of resources and archived materials not available to the non-member.
